IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Yosheca Meshonda
Wright-Morrow
July 12, 1974 – August 17, 2024
Mrs. Yosheca Meshonda Wright-Morrow was born July 13th, 1974, to Pastor Frank Wright, III and Co-Pastor Minnie Wright in McDonough, Georgia.
Min. Sheca Wright-Morrow was united in Holy Matrimony to Min. Roy Morrow, and they formed a bond that was inseparable.
Lady Sheca Wright-Morrow was Licensed as a minister at Power in the Word Miracle of Praise on May 1st, 2022. She has been a member for 25 years and she served as the Praise and Worship Leader. She was very instrumental in mentoring other Praise and Worship Leaders at other churches. She also had a Mentorship Ministry with Young Ladies called "Real Talk". Lady Sheca started a fellowship of other churches called "Unity and Strength". Sheca was always a deep dreamer. When she was around 12 years old, she was in a deep sleep in the family room and when her big sisters attempted to wake her up and send her to bed, she began shouting, "Give me some Music", with her eyes still completely shut and standing straight up in her sleep. The family lovingly teased her about this for years to come and eventually used the funny experience as inspiration for the song she wrote titled "Give Me Some Music". Also included on the same album was the song that her mother created while singing in the kitchen called "I Believe in You".
She graduated from Griffin High School in 1992. She went on to further her education at Griffin Technical College, becoming a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and she also attended Devry University. Sheca has worked for a while as a Social Worker at Renaissance Nursing Home. She also worked at Davita Dialysis for 15 years as an Administrative Assistant.
On Saturday, August 17th, 2024, Min. Sheca Wright-Morrow transitioned to her Heavenly Home while surrounded by her loving Family. She will be joining her late brother, Terrence "Dino" Wright, and Late Grandparents: Sam Vaughan, Sr., Joseph (Jessie Mae) Andrews, and Frank (Beatrice) Wright, Sr.; Aunties: Hiley Mae Wright, Thelma (Roy) Compton; Uncles: Sam Vaughn, Jr. and Ted Ware, as well as her Brother-in-Law: Dwight Williams.
