IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Teddy T.
T. Sullivan, Sr.
March 10, 1980 – December 3, 2023
Mr. Teddy Tamodd Taborrash Sullivan, Sr. or "Tobias" burst on the scene on March 10th, 1980, to Tammy Sullivan & Sammy Barkley. He was so spoiled growing up by the women in his family. As a young adult he ventured off to explore life and ended up in Connecticut. While there, he received his high school diploma.
When he moved back to Griffin, he had several jobs and children. He spent some time away from everyone and developed a love for reading while being isolated. The loss of his parents caused him to make a series of unfortunate choices, which forced him to focus and detox. While sitting down, he picked up the Bible and rededicated his life to Christ. In December 2022, tragedy struck again with the loss of his son, Logan. Instead of choosing the lane he was used too, he chose to depend on Jesus during this difficult time. He came home in January 2023 and hit the ground running to fulfill his purpose. He joined Tabernacle of Praise in Locust Grove, Georgia. Teddy got baptized in July 2023 and didn't mind ministering to others about the goodness of God. He proposed to and married Joy, and they lived in Griffin. The love they have for each other allowed them to navigate through life and the loss of Logan, their only child together.
