Ms. Patricia Anne Moody , affectionately known as "Pat" or "Pudding", was born on May 23rd, 1965, in Griffin, Georgia to the late Annie Frankie Newton McCullough and James Douglas "J.D." Moody. On Wednesday, March 13th, 2024, she departed her earthly life to live eternally with the Lord.
Patricia was preceded in death by her Grandparents: Charlie Frank and Mamie Newton; and Sister: June L. Dunlap.
Patricia accepted Christ at an early age as a member of Cleveland Chapel A.M.E. Church in McDonough, Georgia. Later in life she became a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Atlanta, Georgia under the Leadership of Bishop Sebastian Van Dyke.
She received her education through Henry County School System. Patricia was employed at Panasonic in Peachtree City for about 5 years.
She will forever be remembered for the love she shared with family and friends, and her love for singing, dancing and shopping.
Patricia leaves to cherish her loving memories a loving Sister: Deborah Jean Franklin; (2) two Nieces: Tylia Franklin and Yesmean Gray; (1) one Great-Niece: Autumn Franklin; (1) one Great-Nephew: Jerrell Franklin; (1) one Uncle: Charlie Lewis(Darlene) Newton; (7) seven Aunts: Elnora Newton Hosley, Mary Jane Newton, Louise Newton Johnicans, Emma Moody, Ida Harris-Springer, Velma Moody and Joanne Moody; a dear friend: Ericka Gordon; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
