Jonathan Elijah Watson "Red" , of Hampton, GA, passed away on September 17, 2024, after a short illness.

Jonathan was preceded in death by his father, James Richard Watson, his mother, Nancy Baum Watson, his brothers Jeffrey Thomas Watson, Paul Jody Watson, David Malachi Watson, Robert Clarke Moore, James Jernigan Watson, his sister Julie Ann Fetcko and his nephews Nicholas Northcutt and Stephen Moore.

He is survived by his brother: John (Donnell) Lee Watson, of Hampton, GA, and his sisters: Jo Etta Northcutt of Jackson, GA, Priscilla Watson Engler of St. Augustine, FL, and Rebekah (Lamar) Norris of Griffin, GA.  He is also survived by his nieces: Cari (Jeff) Haney of UT, Lamar Norris, Jr. of UT, Kayla Norris of GA, Ashley (Jake) Dickie of GA, Austin Engler and Dustin Engler of FL, David Northcutt, of, FL and Marla Hershiser of GA.

Jonathan had a big heart and loved his family.

He will truly be missed.
