Ms. Jessie "Squirrel" Williams age 94, was born August 8th, 1928 in Pike County, Georgia to the late Mr. John and Louvenia Williams.

Ms. Williams joined Bush Chapel A.M.E. Church at an early age. She was a very dedicated and faithful member. She loved her church and church family. As a member of Bush Chapel, Ms. Williams served as a Mother, Stewardess, and Financial Secretary, she kept records of who paid dues, as well as, each Pastor who served at Bush Chapel. Ms. Williams served these duties faithfully until her health failed.

After 94 years, Ms. Jessie Williams was called home by her Heavenly Father on Monday, April 3rd, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents: John and Louvenia Williams; her son: John "Man" Williams; her nephew: Mr. Kelsey Walker; and her sisters: Bessie Walker and Eva Mae Murphy.

Mother Williams leaves to cherish her loving memory two (2) nephews: Larry Walker of Griffin, Georgia and Marion (Faye) Walker of Ocilla, Georgia; one (1) niece: Nancy Walker of Griffin, Georgia; her devoted sister Mildred "Punkin" Moreland; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and her caregivers.
