Reflections of Life

Cornelius Bailey was born in Locust Grove, Georgia to Jessie Mae and Austell Mathis on December 14th, 1950.

He was educated in the McDonough, Georgia and completed the 9th Grade, and later continued his education until he achieved his GED.

Mr. Bailey worked for many years at different car dealerships and completed his career by Detailing for Mark Singleton for over 15 years.

Cornelius leaves to cherish the loving memories his beloved children: Versha (Jay), Tina(Jerome), Adam, Stacy, Corvette, Michelle and Shamaine (Jeremy); along with his siblings: Obelius, Sue, Charlie, Ricky, Barbara Ann, and Virginia; along with a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Final arrangements are entrusted to McDowell's Funeral Home, Inc.
