Mrs. Belinda Goodru m was born on March 8th, 1951, in Griffin, Georgia to the late Ozzie Jean Bailey and Robert James Goodrum. Her husband, Clifford "Caddieco" Bray and one brother preceded her in death: Jeffrey Darryl Merritt.

Ms. Goodrum was passionate about spending time with family and close friends. Attending family reunions, gatherings and spending time with girlfriends of 40 plus years, was something she was very passionate about. As a graduate and alumni of Savannah State University, she was also an advocate of higher education. Her hobbies included reading, traveling, shopping and being around loved ones.

Ms. Goodrum entered into rest on January 29th, 2024, leaving to cherish her loving memories are sister: Lisa Andrews, sister: Pamela Merritt Morris, brother: Randy Merritt, one step-son: Raymond Bray, devoted nieces: Jasmine Jackson, Shalonda Merritt Artis, Makia Henderson and Jordon Merritt, devoted nephews: Antwan Powell, Dexter Jackson, III, Jeremy Artis, Brandon Merritt, Devoted brother-in-law: Kota Andrews, devoted cousins: Geraldin Jester and Jeanette Willis, devoted friends: Carletha Jester, Alluette Jones-Smalls, Vickki Sims and Arti (Libby) West; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
